The bedroom is where you start and end your day, so make it a place that brings you joy and peace.


Here are some small things you can do that will make a BIG difference to your sleeping habits.


BAN REMINDERS OF WORK:

Your bedroom should be a place for relaxation, to recharge and unwind- not stress about work! If possible, keep your work space out of the bedroom.

CLEAR OUT CLUTTER:

It's true...clutter is the killer of relaxing vibes. Keep things picked up on a daily basis to make it easier to keep things tidy. 

INVEST IN GOOD SHEETS:

This is where you should splurge! 

ADD A RELAXING SCENT:

Studies have shown that lavender can decrease your heart rate, skin temp and blood pressure. Use a linen spray daily to keep your sheets smelling fresh and relaxing.

MAKE YOUR BED EVERY MORNING:

Studies have shown that people who make their bed daily strongly influenced their sleep habits.
